Whenever we meet with potential clients, we usually go through a “We do so many things!” as an answer to: What exactly do you do? Here is the short version…..
The majority of the work we do is bookkeeping, but we also spend quite a bit of time on HR and payroll administration. Beyond these two core activities we can and have taken care of any kind of administration that needs doing. Banking, both on-line and at the branch, working with private bankers, researching and setting up meetings with other professionals such as lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, health plan providers, auto leasing agents etc.
More and more small businesses are asking us about financial reports like the basic P&L and Balance Sheet, but also cash flow reports, budgets and long term projections. And now that we provide remote access to the client’s QuickBooks file, those clients taking advantage of that service are benefiting from an increased level of efficiency and control.
For our individual clients we provide many of the same services in addition to Personal Assistant services. We will make appointments with and meet trades people, run errands, do pickups and drop offs. We will hire, fire and manage personal staff, pickup and drop off kids at school and since we love dogs, we will even look after them if need arises.
